Hello all,

I was wondering if there is a posibility to find out how ofter a certain E-mail templates is used in CRM Dynamics.

There is a default field 'Send email count', which I would assume could provide this information, but there is no content in this field for any of the templates we have used so far.

Is this the right field to be used? How can the count be activated?

Thank you in advance.

BR, Silvia

    Hi Silvi123,

The field would not update when you use this email template. You need to implement it yourself. You could refer to this thread:
