Good Day Everyone,
I hope you are all having a wonderful day.
I have a bit of an odd query, for our specific requirements for Dynamics we need the option to be able to have a lead be related to multiple accounts as well as have contacts linked to multiple accounts.
Now I know I can create a custom N:N for both of these scenarios but I have the following questions:
How could I go about getting the lead upon qualifying to make the subsequent contact be related to all the accounts I related the lead to.
Also would it then be possible to filter fields such as the "to" field in emails to only then display contacts related to the parent account (and users), would the filtered field be able to display both the connections from the default 1:N and the custom N:N or should I ditch the 1:N completely. (our leads always have a parent account)
Also in this scenario we would just let the lead qualify to make one opportunity for the "main account", though if there was a way to have a pop-up or something to ask which of the related accounts you wanted an opportunity to be made for would be cool, though I imaging that is in the realm of fancy coding components.
