We have several problems with emails that can't be delivered.
For exemple our double opt-in confirmation email. (with a low spam risk)
I never received any email in my mail box or in the junk emails so I asked to our IT service to check if the problem is in intern.
They found that several emails are block by the anti-spam software and that the domein is blacklisted by several softwares.
Wat can we do? All my collega's can't receive our emails.
Of course, we activate everything for our domain

Thank you Nga but what I mean is more a list more form the MS side. Where can I find a list of IP's of sender addresses we can add? On our antispam software we see that the sender is still with a MS domain.

Please find out if there is a setting in your anti-spam software to set the sender's email address in Dynamics Marketing to Trust.
Different anti-spam software should have different ways of setting it up.
