How to create new database with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 and to add CRONUS International Ltd. demonstration database,and then how to configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server instances by using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server Administration tool?
If it is posible send me some video,because msdn is very confusing for me.I tried to create new database reading msdn,but I didn't.

Generally, it is good to migrate the data using RapidStart services as a best practice. Follow this video how-to: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn848428.aspx
Do I understand you correctly that you already have an operational database to which you would like to add CRONUS company with data?
You just need to run the Setup file available in Installation folder and install the demo environment.
This will automatically install client, NAV Service Instance & Demo Database for you.
