Yes it is production environment.
In payment transaction for card installments -1 it is posted successfully. But for card installments - 8. It was not posted successfully getting an error like payment schedule 08x has not allocated so the update is cancelled. How to solve this?
Can you share the steps how you create the return order and post them? If you talk about card installments, what exactly is this? Are you having a process which includes credit cards or payment provider connections? Can you share some screenshots, at least one with the literal error message?
Hope you are doing good. Actually I didn't create a return order while creating the return order they got an error and they shared with me to solve. For return order the card installments is 1 is succeeding but for 8 installments it was showing an error like payment schedule 08x has not allocated. How to set up the card installments to avoid an issue?
Unfortunately, I'm not able to understand what exactly is ongoing here. I have to repeat my question to provide the navigation steps and please share some screenshots.
