My Client want to be able to have an approver signature to appear on the Purchase Order when it is printed.
I could be one of several different signature, so I cant make the signature a image and just add it to Report Writer.
I tried using a global picture that I could change and add the global picture to the report writer, but when I try to add the picture to the layout in report writer, it says you cannot add a picture.
Does anyone know how I can over come these issues.

I don't know of a way to accomplish this within the core GP product. We don't have any functions in report writer that I'm aware of that will allow us to create a calculated field to return a specific graphic/picture.
I know there are some 3rd parties out there that work with Electronic Signatures, such as Mekorma and Merit Solutions. I don't know if they do this specifically for Purchase Orders, but that may be something you want to look into.
