Error creating case when email subject is empty/blank/null

Hi All,

Since some time now e-mails that arrive at our dynamics where the subject is empty do not create cases via the "automatic creation rule".

The problem seems to be that the ISV code of the plugin is expecting that the e-mail has some sort of content to copy it and use it in the case title.Here is the full message:

An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute):  EMVO.Plugins.Incident.PreOperation_CopyToFullTitle: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Can anyone guide me where I can change the code to fix this, or any other easier solution?

    Hello, 

    in your plugin you should if the title is not empty. you can use something like: if(email.Contains("subject")). Please share your code if you can so i can give you more details.
