Moving Inventory to Locations Aisles shelfs bins

Currently trying to set up a warehouse and we have our locations set up as 010101, 010102, 010103 etc aisle rack shelf. Not sure how to move the item from whs main to the specific location. Any help is appreciated.

    Could you please explain the issue more?

    Are you using the new advanced warehouse management functionality?

    What is WhsMain? Is it another location in your environment?

    All of our inventory is sitting in location main of our warehouse. I think i am using that. We are switching to advanced warehouse. The inventory isnt in any aisle rack or shelf yet on ax. I wanted to know how to move 1 item to a different location within the same warehouse.

    Hi KBSo,

    You can either use emulator from Warehouse management - Handheld - Emulator while using "Stock Movement" to transfer the stock from location A to B, or transfer journal from Stock Management - Journals - Item Transactions - Transfer to transfer the stock from warehouse/location A to B.

    Hi KBSo,

    Do you have the correct roles/duties added to your user account?

    You can check your user security in System Administration - Common - Users. Make sure you have the correct role/duties allocated such as "Warehouse worker/manager..."

    Hi KBSo,

    Yes, as you currently have limited access. Contact your support/system admin to allocate your user account correct roles/duties for you to be able to use those menu items.
