Share Purchase Trade agreement between different vendors

Hi guys,

We have trade agreement with 1 vendor. Now we want to duplicate this agreement from this vendor to another vendor. How can we can copy it?

Could you please suggest it to me?

    Hi Ett,

    Do you really need to copy the price agreements or is it the same price agreement for two or more vendors?  

    If it is the same please investigate the possibility to use the column „party code type“ as group. You can define a group and link the prices to the group. Now you can link the vendors 1 or x to the group.

    Hi Ett,

    Firstly, you can open a new journal line and select this trade agreement.

    Then, copy the line and edit it. You can set 'Party code type' as 'Group' if vendors are in the same price group.

    Finally, delete the initial journal line and post it.

    I would like to use same price agreemenr for 2 vendors.
