Dear Experts,

I hope you all are doing fine!

I am stucked at a point that when I access my Media Server through url given in Channel Profiles but its giving me error that I don't have permissions to access Media Server. Please help me to get this problem resolved. Thanks in advance. Screenshot of error is attached.

For UAT and PROD you will not be able to upload the files to the Media Server.

As per MS, the only solution is to procure an new server on Azure and make it as a Media Server and provide the URL in Channel Profile for new server.

Media server is not accessible anyhow. If you still want to do it for your DEV environments, you have to go to the IIS and enable the Directory browsing.

Hi DanielImtiaz,

have you found a solution to upload files into the MediaServer as there is no access over the virtual machine in a UAT or PROD environment?
