Event Registration - send individual voucher codes and meeting bookings prior the event

Hello Marketing Experts,

We have a requirement as below. Please advise on the best possible approach.

"We would like to conduct an invitation campaign to the ITS World Congress event in August. The event will take place from October 11-15. On a landing page under www.oursite.com (or a MS Dynamics page if easier), interested persons should be able to register for participation in the event (event registration form). They should then automatically receive an individual voucher code by e-mail (voucher codes will be predefined in e.g. an excel sheet).

In addition to that, it should be possible to select and book predefined dates. In the backend of the event management area, the booked dates and the distributed voucher codes per recipient should be visible."

It is recommended to refer to my answer in the following issue.

Please ensure that the Originating Event of the contacts is the event you’d like to send via Email first.

And then, add the other info into Event entity as fields and use dynamic content or code block in Marketing Email to show the information.
