Local Files Attaching on NAV 2017 web.

Hi,

One of my colleagues is implementing NAV 2017 web and this client is heavy on using attachments on every document. We tried using Links, but it only allows web links. Do we have any method or workaround to access local files?

    hi naresh,

    this will not work with files on a file system. try with sharepoint file links or other web file storage systems. alternatively check out zetadocs express (also uses sharepoint in the back end).

    Hi Naresh,

    Maybe this could work

    Go to the document( Example Sales Invoice) -> click Actions Tab -> Click Incoming Document and select "Select Incoming Document" . Now choose the file path and select the file.

    Maybe @Jonathan Archer could comment on this solution too ?
