MSDN and DLP are the best place to learn the things.
If you have access to Dynamics Learning Portal, those would be good references for NAV 2016:
community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-2016-dynamics-learning-portal-course-catalogue
As Tharanga mentioned, MSDN also provides lot's of information.
However, to my point the best would be to participate in a real project in a team of professionals, who would guide your learning process with real cases.

MSDN is a very good place to start as it cover most of the areas plus its free. Other best option is to follow a book related to Dynamics NAV (Dev or Fun). Packtpub has published many interesting NAV books which will address very basic of Dynamics NAV.
Next best option is to download the training documents using partnersource or customersource login or enroll with a training program.
You can even start learning by reading blogs or actively participating in forums. However it will not give you a structured knowledge.
