Hi,
I have purchase one item, its showing in the transaction but not in on-hand inventory
some one have any clue ?

You need to provide some information/screen shots e..g of on hand screen
e.g what type of transaction?
has the receipt been done - or only registration? What does the PO line /line detail show?
has it already been issued?
is it it a non-stock or service item?
Its normal Purchase Order
yes PO receipt and and Registration has been done
all other items which was in the same PO do not have any issue
only one item has the issue

I suggest revisit that the item model group is set up correctly.

Can you share all the transactions of the item and see if the same has been sold for any demand.
In case you cannot find any sold transaction to justify missing items then please rum consistency check in your environment for the on hand and only for this item and see if Dynamics fixes the on hand.
In case if data issues consistency check will fix the on hand.
Hi Sagar! I saw you recomendation to run considery check. Will it be enugh to just chose Inventory management?
I Think it will time to go through all module since we don.t work with this from beginning 4-5 years ago.

If the issue is only with on hand then I would suggest to first run consistency check only for the on hand inside inventory management and only for the item in consideration.
You can add items in the query.
This saves time and checks only for that item and fixes on hand quantities.

My problem at this moment I can't see Onhandview att all for just one item. I can see all transactions!/Br Peter
I am not sure which version you are working on but see my screen dumps from my environment.
You need to expand inventory management and then only select on hand.
Select item and then select three dots below the date and select dialog to open query
Once query is opened select the item so that the consistency check is run only for one item and only for fixing on hand.
