Dear Friends,
I tried to register my email with Dynamics 365 for Finanace and Operations using Admin User Provisioning tool in Dynamics 365 VM and get below error:
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for SSL/TLS Secure channel
Please your support to solve this issue.

I think that the article from George will not help since it's about On-premises D365FO systems (means the actual on-premises product that runs on top of Service Fabric, not to be mixed with a locally hosted devbox).
Most likely some certificates on your dev system are expired.
If it's a cloud hosted system, in LCS on the environment details go to Maintain - Rotate secrets - Rotate SSL certificates.
