    RE: Purchase Requisitions

Is this a general; problem for all PRs i.e. you have not yet been able to create any, or is it only for a specific item?

Do you already have categories set up?

If you are allowing employees to requisition items remember to publish the procurement catalog otherwise the items won’t show up for the user in the add items option for the requisition. . Set a category on the item. Make sure the categories are published in the procurement catalog. Ensure the purchasing policy for the user you want to display the catalog is setup to show in the catalog policy rule.

    Hello Randy,

Have you tried removing all personalization on the purchase requisition form?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    RE: Purchase Requisitions

    Hi,

Please try this.... create a product hierarchy, associate this with type 'Procurement category' which is what get used on the purchase requisition. When the PR is created, if item is already associated with procurement category, it automatically gets populated. The field is PurchReqLine.ProcurementCategory that gets populated. If the field in table doesn't exist, you may have to determine the root cause of why the field doesn't exist. In addition, try sharing screenshot of error/procurement line entry so we can see if someone else has any input on the same.

    Thanks,

    Satish Panwar

    Hi Randy,

You should see something like below. Screenshot below is from D365 but should be similar for AX2012 as well.
