Is it possible to have a creation rule that creates two records?
What I would like to achieve is that when an email is received on the monitored email, a case is created (first item), so the case should always be created. Then, if the email has certain words I would like to send an email.
I have this but it does not seem to work.

Hi partner,
You could use workflow instead.
You could keep your case auto creation rule and create workflow to send email, or you could also remove this rule and use workflow to create case and send email at the same time.
