Users wanted to revise SQ so they just hit the button like they used to do but it doesn't work, nothing happens.
this problem happened a few times, tried debugging but it's difficult to find out though.
What should l do?
Could anyone advise me?

If it used to work and isn't anymore, it's likely one of two issues:
If you're 100% sure that neither has happened between the time when everything was working correctly with approvals and now, then try restarting the NAV service(s), and see if that helps.
As a last resort, you may want to open a support case with Microsoft.
