Partial Purchase Order Receipt scheduling

Hi all,

New to the forum.

If i have a PO for 100 bikes and 25 bikes will be partial receipted every week (so 4 weeks to receipt all), how can i enter this info on a PO (rather then using the expected receipt date as this wouldn't be accurate.)

The reason for this is if we have 30 sales orders for individual bikes (linked to the PO above via reservations) i need to know when the next batch of 25 will be delivered. How can i see info once i have solved the issue above.

TIA.

Andy

Expected Receipt Date is a line level field. So each time a receipt is posted you could change the value. If you want to have, in your case, 4 dates you would need multiple PO lines. This means the SO reservations are to single lines instead. Not sure how good a solution this would be for your scenario.
