We have encountered the exception "Entity incidentresolution : Quick create is not supported for non-refreshed Entity" when upgrading CRM V8.2 to CRM V9.1 On Prem. Any suggestion to resolve the issue would be really appreciated.

The issue was resolved after opening a ticket with Microsoft.
We have the same error when trying to upgrade the 8.2 on-prem to the latest 9.1 on-prem. Did you find the solution?
THis is stating that the entity "Incidentresolution" is still using classic design so Quick create will not work.
