Import application objects permission problem

Hi,

I'am doing a conversion from nav2015 to nav 2016.
I have a file with the merged code.

The next step is to import this in a new NAV database. I created a new database with system objects from developer. When I start the import in Development Environment then I get this error message:

'"You do not have permission to create 'Chart of Accounts' Report.".

After that the import stops. I uploaded developer license.

Can anybode give me a good hint?

Thanks,

Patrick

More information about this problem. I've tested some more things:

I created a custom table and exported this to text file.

I changed the table in the export file and imported. This was successful; the table is changed. So basic import is working.

Could it be a problem  with object ranges or license file?

I have had the same issue with our developer license. It does not support create for the standard object range. If you use a clean Cronus database and import the objects into that it should solve your problem.

    Hi Albor,

I just found out the same as you did. But the import is only not possible for txt files. For fob it does work. With txt files you can only do updates on the standard objects.

    Thanks.
