Form Preview Is not appearing

Hello Experts,

while working on Visual Studio form preview is not appearing , i can see form preview for other solution in the same machine but for this form its not appearing. i was checking this(Link) blog , but unanswered.

Please advise what else i should try.

Hello Guys this is solved , i have restarted the server , services again.
