Contact Microsoft. There could be a number of reasons why it failed (This was something that we had to do during the upgrade as well)

I had the same issue. Are you having issues with any other installations/updates failing during install? If so, definitely contact Microsoft Support. You can also try to install it a second time and see if that works. If not, log a support ticket for assistance.
