Customize Warehouse Pick RDLC to Add fields from sales order

ReportReport

Hi All

I have created a new data set for warehouse pick report and try to pull fields from sales order by linking sales header table as below:

                        dataitem(SalesOrder; "Sales Header")

                        {

                            DataItemLink = "No." = FIELD("Source No.");

                            DataItemTableView = WHERE("Document Type" = CONST(Order));

                            DataItemLinkReference = WhseActLine;

However new report doesn't show info from sales order. Not sure if the above link is correct?

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    Actually I did another test and i can get the fields to display on warehouse pick line level but not on header. This makes sense but since the business process does not include multiple sales orders on one pick i want to find a way to display customer address on header and i'd assume this is a common requirement. Maybe there is a way to do this

    With the info provided is hard to say. In the Sales Header dataset you could also create an array of values like e.g. CustAddr[x] where X is the number of elements that qualify for the address (e.g. name, street, country, county, and so on). Then in the dataset add the column CustAddr[1], then CustAddr[2], etc.

    Thanks Duilio, I could try array as this could be a pattern i could use for this type of scenario.
