I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address an issue regarding time tracking in Microsoft Dynamics.

During my usage of the platform, I have noticed discrepancies between the recorded time and the displayed time. For instance, when making a call or visiting a company, the recorded time does not accurately match the time I have noted.

Since it is crucial for my activities and time tracking to be accurate, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. Could you please provide guidance on how I can ensure that the recorded times in Microsoft Dynamics align precisely with the times I have documented? This is essential to ensure reliable documentation of my activities.

    Hi,
     
    Do you mean that there is a discrepancy between the time the record occurs and the local display time or that the Duration field is calculated inaccurately?
    If it is the former, you can set the time zone to your local time zone in the personalization settings.
