When Sync to Get My published Customization in Filed Service Mobile 2017
However, the application is updated
Ifyou are on a Windows PC, you can get the sync log from C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Packages\FieldServiceappfolder\LocalState\MobileCRM
If you can post what it indicates hopefully we can help. I’ve never encountered that one before so I’d like to see the log files.

but that path not found on my windows PC !!
Have you tried "About" from the main navigation, and then "Send Log" from the button in the top right corner of the modal popup?
