Can not find the buttons on email

Hi,

I can't find any buttons on email designer.  Kindly provide a solution.

    Hi,

    are you referring to the Designer button?

    Does this happen to all browsers?  Please give a try in all browser to see if they behave the same.

    I would also try to clear cache .

    Are you using admin role ?
