There is one configuration to be done in D365 filed service so that it creates Time Entries record automatically on closing booking record in D365 field service. When I create the booking record manually from Work Order and update the value of status to completed, then it does create the record in Time Entries automatically. However, it doesn't create the Time Entry record when I tried to create booking record from schedule board.
Could you please help me which setting I need to enable to make this happen. Please note that I have already enabled the following settings and it didn't help me out here,
Settings -> Field Service Settings -> Time Entries -> Time Entries Generation Strategy -> Auto Generate from Booking Time Stamp.
