Auto creation of time entries record on completing booking record in D365 field service

Hello there,

There is one configuration to be done in D365 filed service so that it creates Time Entries record automatically on closing booking record in D365 field service. When I create the booking record manually from Work Order and update the value of status to completed, then it does create the record in Time Entries automatically. However, it doesn't create the Time Entry record when I tried to create booking record from schedule board.

Could you please help me which setting I need to enable to make this happen. Please note that I have already enabled the following settings and it didn't help me out here,

Settings -> Field Service Settings -> Time Entries -> Time Entries Generation Strategy -> Auto Generate from Booking Time Stamp.

Is the issue that there is no time entry record when a booking is first created? If so, at that point, work hasnt been done so it makes sense there is no time entry. Please lmk if I misunderstood the question!

Are those bookings created from the Schedule Board related to a work order?
