Management reporter DB is also copied by db refresh on tier 2.
Can this DB copied back to tier 1 environments?

Hi Jan,
You can't copy the MR database. Instead, you need to reset the data mart database like explained in the documentation: Reset the Financial reporting data mart - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs
You can save, export / import the financial reports, the row and column definitions and use it in a tier 1 machine but not the data.

We need both, data and report definitions.
Import is under menu Company - Building Block Groups...
And don't forget to set change tracking on in source db: ALTER DATABASE [your database name] SET CHANGE_TRACKING = ON (CHANGE_RETENTION = 6 DAYS, AUTO_CLEANUP = ON);
