Deducted inventory

dear ,

i have item issue Deducted and when make any transition coming error

Updating has been interrupted because there is an inventory transaction with the status Deducted.

how can i deleted the Deducted about this item 6320.Untitled.jpg

Hi Mohamed,

The transactions shows transfer order shipment, this is standard, shouldn't be interfering any other transaction. On what transaction are you getting interuptted error?

Just a side notw, if there are any orphan records, you can run consistency check to delete those, but it is recommended to that in test first.

You do not directly modify "states" or remove lines in Inventory Transactions.

You need to investigate what is the origin of the record and fix it at the source, but by the name of the transaction type is it from an Inventory Transfer order/shipment. You need to take a look at the state of that, maybe you just need to complete the process what you have started.

The information provided is not enough for us to be able to help, you would need to give additional details on the origin of the transaction, what has been done, by running which process do you get what exact error message, and so on.
