Hi,

I am using the package:
connect.uipath.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-v2
docs.uipath.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-setup

the goal of my process is to close incidents.

I would like to use the CloseIncident action, but I don't know what to enter as data.

I previously created a new "IncidentResolution" record in my process:

but I do not know what data or what syntax to use to fill in the IncidentResolution field in Execute Action.

Thank you

    Hello,

Check my post - butenko.pro/.../ it's not exactly what you need but it contains all the information you need.

    hello Andrew,

Effectively, all informations I need, but I can't use the same syntax.

In my case I need to use a String type.

If you need to use swtring - try to use "stringifed" version of the close incident record like

    {"subject": "Put Your Resolve Subject Here", "incidentid@odata.bind": "/incidents(0A9F62A8-90DF-E311-9565-A45D36FC5FE1)", "timespent": 60, "description": "Additional Description Here"}

replace incidentid with value you perform tests with.

Yes I tried, but I don't have a clear message, just Invallid command.

Try to replace " with '. I'm not familiar with your software so it's on you to make it work. I know code I provided works in PostMan and from JS so it's working for sure.

    Hi,

Andrew, I have the same result.

I don't see how to transform an entity into a string

I did all I could. Good luck.
