How to activate publish button in budget upload

Please I need help on how to activate the publish button in budget upload.

My users have uploaded budget successfully but suddenly the publish button goes grey.

Any information on what could have caused this and how I can activate the button.

    The budget is to be uploaded from excel template into AX

    Hello Fade,

    Is it possible that you miss the correct role/user right?

    I would expect that given that you see the button but cannot use it.

    Can other users / colleagues that have more and/or different user roles and right see an active button?

    Hello Ludwig,

    Thank you for your contribution.

    There was error in the budget template which was corrected . Also the server connection was reset and couple of trial and error. Eventually  the publish button was active and  I was able to upload
