Routing conversations from the Facebook channel by context variables

¡Hola!

Me gustaría saber cómo enrutar conversaciones de Facebook usando variables de contexto, según lo que necesito es que, si un cliente/usuario tiene conversaciones con mi Bot desde su Facebook, detecte la palabra clave por ejemplo ""Pay" y esta la dirija a la cola que contiene esta variable en su regla de enrutamiento.

    Actually, there are not many methods available for customization.
