Custom financial dimension tab not showing in d365fo

Hi Experts,
 
we are trying to create in custom financial dimension tab in purchase requisitions form and have followed this link to achieve.
In the end it is displaying like this,
 
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

    Hi Srihari,
    According to the error ”Account structures that include financial dimensions have not been selected for the ledger”, maybe you can refer this article to create account structure.

    Do you have account stcrture activate and mapped to the ledger form ? If yes do you also have financial diemnsions added to the structure?
