Hello, yes you can, using Excel.

you go in Jobs, then positions, and then Employees (they must be created in this order)

    1. Click on the button on the right upper corner and open in excel

    2. Open the downloaded excel file and make sure you sign in into the Excel Add-on, with your Talent username and password

    3. The data you already have will show in the excel and you can add new data, one-by one or copy-paste from other excel files.

    4. Click on publish after is done. You can also add new fields from the Talent Worker table and populate other fields.

let me know if this helps.

    Hi Loogmord,

The excel add-in is a very useful tool to manage and import data. You've gotten a good runtru by Nicu here, but I want to add some information about the Document templates where you can see the most important entities and import them, you find then here: System administration > Links > Office Integration > Document templates

I also have to recommend my blogpost on the add-in: malinsdynamics365fortalent.com/.../mb6-898-describe-and-use-the-microsoft-excel-add-in-with-dynamics-365-for-talent

I successfully imported positions into the demo using the Excel plugin. It was quite straightforward. There is s a lack of documentation on the data structures though.
