Not able to choose environment when creating project in Customer Voice.

When I open Customer Voice, this message pops up: /You can start building as soon as Dyngamics 365 setup is complete. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s done./. I have sucessfully installed Customer Voice in one environment in my tenant. But I do not get the option to choose environment when creating a project. Where I was expecting to see the /next/ button to choose an environment, it goes straight to /create/.

The project is automatically allocated to the default environment. There are no customer voice entities in the default environment. I do not know if it has anything to do with default environment being in Norway region. I have tried to create a new environement, which has all the customer voice entities, but here I am not able to install customer voice.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

    Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided and reviewed relevant materials. According to the official documentation, selecting an environment is a necessary step whether you are using a template or a customized Project, please refer to the official documentation in the link below.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/create-project#create-a-project-from-a-template

Regarding the /You can start building as soon as Dynamics 365 setup is complete. We'll let you know as soon as it's done/, while Dynamics 365 setup is still in progress, this message usually appears, you can wait until the environment setup is complete and then try to create the Project again to verify that the issue does not reoccur.

You also need to check if there are any custom plugins, settings, etc. in your environment. You can try to disable these plugins and verify if the issue recurs again.

Additionally, if this issue is already having an impact on your business, we recommend seeking Microsoft Technical Support using the link below.

    Best Regards,
