I have updated my environment to 10.0.14 from 10.0.12, is there a way to roll-back again to 10.0.12?

How come you need to roll-back to 10.0.12?

If you succesfully updated environment to a higher version, rollback is not supported. If you need 10.0.12 VM you will need to deploy new one with this version.
