I found the report print journal in GL Report which is printing general ax 2012
These are indeed steps for printing the single selected journal. I think that what you should use in your case is General ledger > Inquires and reports > Ledger reports > Print journal. (Or something like that; this is the path in D365FO and it might be slightly different in AX 2012.)
As you see, it's important to start with the description of your business scenario, rather than jumping straight into implementation details of your proposed solution.

The image doesn't show much. Please give us the steps you followed in the user interface.
Basically, our one user wants to add some other journals in place those journals which are shown in the image above so for that i want to remove these fields from the query to add new values and fields but the remove button is not working for any user.

It depends on what you're trying to achieve from the business point of view. That's why I asked.
The author of the solution (such as Microsoft) thought that doing such a thing would be wrong. Maybe they're right and what you're trying to do isn't a good idea. For example, maybe you're trying to run the report from a wrong place.
If your requirement is valid from business point of view , you'll have to change the implementation.

It's not a report parameter, it's a query range. Your description suggests that it's been explicitly locked to prevent users to remove it.
Could you please explain what you're trying to achieve from the business point of view?
