Goodmorning,
I have a trial version and I have the tools to draw in the real vedeo disable.
I'm using mobile phone (with remote assist) and PC with Teams.
I'm able just to do a snap shot and draw on it
do you know why?

Are you getting a "lost tracking" message in Remote Assist? This is usually the case when you are too close to objects and during that message no annotations are possible. If that's your situation, try moving a bit away from the objects.
I tryed what you suggested and the tools to draw start working
