Hi community,
in an implementation, I recently have encountered some unexpected behavior:
Every now and then (time cannot be predicted), the dispatcher adds a note to a dispatched work order from D365.
The dispatched work order appears in the mobile app for the technician.
But sometimes the note does not appear in the work order using the mobile app, even after a full sync.
If the dispatcher now adds a second note to the work order, both notes appear in the mobile app suddenly.
This behavior cannot be reproduced as it occurs sporadically.
I have also observed the following:
- When creating a note in D365, the note title is obligatory.
- When opening that note in the mobile app, the title is mandatory.
Could this be a source of error, if the dispatcher hadn't entered a note title in the first place?
I would not expect this to be the source of error.
Does someone have an idea on where to start troubleshooting with this?
Sync filters are untouched from the product standard and in the majority of time, the notes appear as expected.
I appreciate your input on this.
