the workaround was to use the program print&share to distribute the job to a printer directly, and in the same time send it to a folder.

I could then use the file in the folder for my system.

Someone says that Nav only supports BMP's in report unless you're using an ocx or using Nav 2009. So I wonder have you solved your problem or not?

    This is the situation now.

If we print invoices manually by selecting "print", all works good.

If we do the automatic process of just making an invoice where the print is going out, nothing happens.

Is there some difference in the provedures of this?

The printer is programmed for the invoices correctly.

No in NAV. I think in Virtual Image Printer console.

I need the file printed out and also that it's stored in folder.

    Is this possible?

You can try with Virtual Image Printer driver. When you try to print, you can choose TIFF printer.

You can download trial version on sourceforge.net/.../imageprinter

If you are satisfied, you can buy ImagePrinter Pro version on secure.payproglobal.com/orderpage.aspx

    Price is 34.95 USD.

Maybe you can find some other free version...
