Updating the Custom Workflow

If I have to Update the Custom workflow dll, is it okay if I just update in the PLugin registration tool or should I have to Update the reference in the CRM - Workflow as well (I mean to say in the CRM UI workflow )?

Hello,

That should be enough to update it using Plugin Registration Tool.

But if you have added inputs/outputs you will have to clock "Save" button on settings of custom workflow activity:
