I am the admin and I want to customize  the "review" page for all the users. I went to Personalisation under System Administration but I can not see the form related to "Review".

    The form name for reviews is probably 'HcmDiscussion' - this is an enhancement to an older feature where the language used was different, but the form names haven't been changed.
