Dynamics 365 app not showing up in apps

HI,

Earlier today, I added Dynamics 365 Sales to my Microsoft Business Standard subscription and the MS Dynamics app never showed in apps. I've looked everywhere and nothing.

Please help

Where does the app not show up?
