Banking integration -AMC Banking installation

I am trying to install the AMC banking objects that you can get for Dynamics NAV. When I reach the step to run the install module from the object designer I receive the error:

"You do not have the following permissions on Page AMC_InstallModule:Execute"

I have Application Builder and Solution Developer license. The module install is the Page Range 6179271 through 6179273, which is not in my allowed range.  My last page range begins with 6052636 through 6052690 and then jumps to 7000000 range.

Oh, and I log into the Development Environment using the SA user account and not my domain user name account if this makes a difference.

How can I work with this? How would I change my allowed range to work with this module installation?

Please don't tell me I have to go out to my vendor.

    Dear addision1 ,

Check whether your licenses , whether it able accessible range with your license

most probably this issue is your license not allowing to that page

Contact with your partner and check , what are the accessible areas you have
