Hi,
I have little problem with our portal, when i tested portal and click in button "Details case" or number case my issue didn't open. I don't know why.
Any solutions for this ?

Maybe the problem is with the button, clicking there is nowhere to refer ;/ After clicking only # appears. selfservice.powerappsportals.com/support/#

Hi partner,Have you checked the developer tool（F12 console）？any errors？
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for mywebsite.powerappsportals.com/bootstrap.min.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
That's my bug but i think in not bound with my cases ;/
