When Lead/Opportunity score updated?

Hi,

I've created lead/opportunity scoring model and applied model for the first time.
And now I can see the score of leads and opportunities created before the model creation.
But, I cannot see the score of those created after the model creation.

The following message appears on the form:
"Lead score data is not available"
"Opportunity score data is not available"

- When lead/opportunity score updated?
- How can I re-run the calculation?(if necessary)

Any advice would be appreciated.

    i need a small help since you said you have created a lead/opportunity scoring model,i need a help to create the data to create these models.How are you managed to create the accurate data to configure the model.

    As of now, there is no way to configure the start time of the score update process. But the update time depends on when you apply the trained model. So you can try retraining the model and update process should start around that time every day.

    Thank you for your help.

    As you said, the scores of newly created entries were updated after 24 hours.

    I wonder if we can configure the start time of the update process.

    Do you know anything about that?

    Computation happens once the model applied and thereafter every 24 hours and it takes some time to update those scores back to CRM.

    Hence you should see the scores of newly created entries at most after 24 hours.

    Please check now and let us know if you still don't see the scores.

    Please share the org id for having a look ... after applying it takes sometime to calculate the score.
