Date Range Field - Specific Date

Hi Long Story Short

We want to create a field where it is hidden, when one field is not ticked by a certain date display a message or a warning saying that your project needs to be updated.

The field is called "Verification Complete" that means that every-week if the Project Manager checks this box they have done their update on the project page.

We want to f they haven't done it on a specific day (Thursday) to have a message displayed.
