I have a general request for Microsoft. I opened a Service Request but I was told to open an advisory ticket since it is a how-to and not a break&fix. However, I do not find the link

You can ask as reply on the Service Request how to do it.
You may also ask your question here on the forum if you want to get feedback from volunteers. Or is it related to a question you had the other day how users got "imported" in another environment? If so, please update the original question.
could open advisory as support ticket using your support plan on LCS
I dont see any option of "Advisory" while creating ticket in LCS? is it really available?
I was facing the same thing Today and I was told by the Support engineer this: "There is no specific for Advisory. All you need to do raise a request from LCS and mention Advisory in title."
I did't know whether to laugh or to cry.
Of course, new request is required, the original one is archived.
Hopefully this can help somebody else in the future :-).
