Child engagements all being named the same thing after using Multi-Entity Opportunity

Hi all, 

Has anyone ever has issues with all your multi-entity opportunities becoming all the same name after you close/won into an engagement? They were all named properly when they were opportunities but something seems to have happened when they turned into engagements and now they are all the same engagement name. Any advice?
